Chicken & Noodles Chicken & Rice Jambalaya Sausage & Cous Cous Sausage & Potatoes

Sausage & Cous Cous (for one)
½ package Casbah Cous Cous with Wild Mushrooms (including ½ of the seasoning mix)
1 can Vienna sausage
1 small box raisins
1 cube Wyler's Chicken Bouillon
2 tbsp chopped walnuts (optional)
boiling water
1. Put all ingredients into 20-oz thermal mug
2. Fill mug almost full with boiling water, stir, cover and let sit for 10 minutes.
1 pkg Ramen Chicken Flavor Noodle Soup
1 pkg Sweet Sue Premium Chicken Breast (3 oz)
1 envelope Lipton Cup-a-Soup Cream of Chicken Soup mix
1 tbsp Kroger dried green onions
salt and pepper to taste
boiling water
1. Put all ingredients into 20-oz thermal mug
2. Fill mug almost full with boiling water, stir, cover and let sit for 10 minutes.
2/3 cup Idaho Spuds brand mashed potato flakes
½ cup Kroger powdered instant non-fat milk
1 can Vienna sausage
1 tbsp Kroger butter buds
2 tpsp Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
pinch of salt
pepper

1. Put all ingredients into 20-oz thermal mug
2. Fill mug almost full with boiling water, stir, cover and let sit for 10 minutes.
1 cup Uncle Ben's Instant Rice
1 pkg Sweet Sue Premium Chicken Breast (3 oz)
1 envelope Lipton's Cup-a-Soup Cream of Chicken Soup
1 tpsp olive oil
2 tbsp Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
pinch of salt
boiling water
1. Put all ingredients into 20-oz thermal mug
2. Fill mug almost full with boiling water, stir, cover and let sit for 10 minutes.
½ cup instant rice
1 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, chunks or flakes
1 tsp dried celery flakes
1 tsp dehydrated onion flakes or freeze-dried chives
1 tbsp dried green pepper flakes
15-20 dried shrimps or cubed summer sausage
1 tsp granulated chicken bouillon (optional)
dash cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes
pinch of salt (approx 1/8 tsp)
1. Put all ingredients into 20-oz thermal mug
2. Add boiling water to cover plus about ½ inch, stir, cover and let sit for 10 minutes.
